Me

I've almost always been overweight.  From as far back as I can remember, I was always the bigger girl.  Weight will always be an issue with me/for me. 

I've lost 30 pounds doing Weight Watchers, exercising, and drinking lots of water.  I'm on a journey now to relearn habits and find my healthy...not just my thin.

I am the mother to two young girls and I want to teach them lifelong healthy habits - so they never have to struggle like I have.  I want them to learn "how" to eat, what to eat, that exercise can be fun, and how to love their bodies and themselves.  :)
